Birmingham Clean Air Zone
If the address to be swept falls into the Clean Air Zone, £8 will be added to the final bill, this is the daily cost of my vehicle driving within the zone, I do not profit from the £8, it goes straight to Bham City Council.

Standard sweep for woodburning stoves, open fires, Aga, Rayburn
£60 (Please note the cost for a bungalow is £50)
(Including full sweep, smoke test, all debris removed from address and certificate backed by the Institute of Chimney Sweeps that meets the terms of your house insurance)
Drone survey Redditch chimney stack / pot / roof using DJI Mini Pro 3 ( which features collision avoidance)

Save the cost of scaffolding just to inspect your stack / pots/ roof, by using my drone, the footage will be saved to the drone and will be downloaded to your phone so you retain the footage, this will allow you to then send it to the relevant trades person to see what the issues are that need remedial work.
Inglenook sweep
£75
This is if the opening is 5ft or more wide, price reflect the longer time it takes to sweep and the additional equipment I have to purchase for the job.
CCTV check of inside flue
£50
( must be done when intending on reusing an old flue to check for cables / pipes/ missing brickwork resulting from not being used / neglected over time
Flue Unblockage
£50 per hour.
(if you then want the flue swept the cost is £60, as above or £50 for a bungalow)
(Includes CCTV to verify flue is totally clear and all debris removed from address)
Nests can legally be removed from August 1st - March 31st
